Allow up to 5 business days for order processing. We will prepare your order right after the payment has been made and confirmed. There is no delivery during weekends and public holidays.

• Shipping dates of pre-order products are listed in the description of the products, as well as planned manufacturing time.

Parcels are delivered by our shipping service provider DHL.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information in the delivery address or if it is returned to us because it was not picked up by the recipient, we reserve the right to request the additional shipping costs from the customer before redelivering the goods.
