If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you can return it within 14 days after delivery of your order.

We will refund goods that are shipped out on time, if they comply with following conditions. The item is unused, unwashed and is still packed in it's original packaging. Please be careful not to remove any packaging and labels or dirty the items. The goods must not show any signs of wear or usage.

In any other cases goods are non-refundable. If you received a defective item, you can send us a request within 14 days after delivery of your order and we will send you a replacement.

Pre-order items can not be exchanged. Please check the size guide to make sure the item will fit. Pre-order items are made in limited quantities and we are not able to issue replacements. All of our items go through a thorough quality check to make sure you will not need a replacement.

Attention! You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of return. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

How the return or defective item replacement will be processed?

After your return has been delivered to us, it will usually be processed within 1-2 weeks.

The refund money for the returned goods will be returned to same account that you used for making the purchase. Depending on payment provider processing times, it can take up to 16 days for the money to reach your account.

Defective item replacement

After we receive your replacement request it will be processed within 1-2 weeks. We will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

How to return an item or request a replacement of a defective item?

Please, send us an email with a request to garageoshishop@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Date of receiving your order;
  • Your order number;
  • Your full name;
  • Your address;
  • A clear picture of an unused or defective item.

After we receive and process your email you will receive further instructions.
